Beginner Blue
- Floor Routine: Forward roll stretch jump, forward roll half turn jump, backward roll to straddle stand, lower into pancake, candlestick roll to star jump, 2 x cartwheels.
- Handstand: Kick against wall 5 sec
- Handstand: Tummy to wall 10 sec
- Rocking Bridge: (5 rocks) – aim to get legs straight in the rock.
- Trampoline: 3 x Jump (from tramp) into forward roll.
- Stretching: Pike hamstring stretch
Advanced Blue
- Floor Routine: Hurdle 2 cartwheels in a row, handstand land in lunge, step feet together, forward roll, half turn jump, backward roll to pike, roll back candle stick, tuck jump.
- Handstand tummy to wall (10 sec)
- Forward roll on bench.
- Bridge: 1 leg raised (5 sec)
- Run, hurdle jump into immediate forward roll (mini tramp)
- Tuck lever hold on bench for 5 seconds
