Beginner Blue
- Floor Routine: Forward roll half turn jump, backward roll, half turn jump land on 2 feet, step cartwheel, land sideways.
- Handstand: Tummy to wall 10 sec
- Rocking Bridge: (5 rocks) – aim to get legs straight in the rock.
- Trampoline: 3 x Jump (from tramp) into forward roll.
- Hurdle land in lunge, arms by ears and forward stretch, into cartwheel
Advanced Blue
- Floor Routine: Forward roll half turn jump, backward roll, half turn jump land on 2 feet, step 2 x cartwheels (land sideways)
- Kick to handstand back to wall (5 sec)
- Backward roll [bent arms] to push up position
- Step round off with round off hands landing in push up position – facing back where came from
- Run, hurdle jump into immediate forward roll (mini tramp)
