Bronze Beginner
- Routine: Handstand forward roll, hurdle into round off rebound half turn land on 2 feet, step kick 2 x cartwheels- land in lunge and join feet, backward roll to pike stand.
- Backward roll to push up position.
- Kick to handstand and return to end position.(2 sec)
- From standing lower into back bend (level ground, landing mat)
- Kick to handstand lower feet into bridge on fat mat
- 3 x jumps into small tuck front somersault to land in crouch from mini trampoline.
- Run, hurdle+ jump to handstand + block off hands and fall flat on back. (mini trampoline and 3 x fat mats)
Bronze Advanced
- Routine: Kick to handstand, 2 sec, run hurdle round off half turn step out 2 x cartwheel to lunge, step together, kick to handstand forward roll, immediate full turn jump, half turn jump, backward roll to pike stand.
- Backward roll (via 45 degrees) – to push up.
- Handstand, fall into bridge on level floor
- Front somersault on tramp
- Handspring from a fat mat height onto a lower mat
- Splits – both legs
- Lower into backbend and kick over (level floor)
